May 16, 2007 - Paper Bridge Building Contest begins. Within each advisory of the academy students work in teams to build a self supporting bridge out of paper, designed to support a predetermined amount of weight. The objectives for this contest involve brainstorming, planning, engineering, building and testing of the completed product.
