Students in this academy enjoy working with groups. They are creative and can demonstrate their creativity in multiple ways. These students enjoy working with technology. They are interested in all facets of human achievement. Students are introduced to a variety of opportunities including the Quest Humanities program, production of WJHS television news, creative writing, production of the yearbook and school newspaper, instrumental and vocal music, and visual arts classes.
Students are developing these skills: interpersonal communication; excellent writing skills; computer graphics abilities; public speaking skills; reading comprehension
