The areas of study in this class are:

Job Shadow--A job shadow provides an opportunity for you to  spend from 2 to 4 hours learning as much as possible from a person working in the business world.

Junior Achievement--Students will create a for profit business.  All students will help with selling stock,, producing products, and selling the products.

Stock Market Game--Students are assigned to a team and each team will be give a hypothetical $100,000 to invest in the stock market.

Field Trips--Three field trips planned for this class:

• Vertical Endeavors.  Here students will work on communcation skills, trust, cooperation and self discovery and do some rock climbing as well.
• Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.  Students will attaned a Business Etiquette Seminar and Lunchen which include a four-course meal.
• Mall of America.  Students will hear from top executives at the MOA and take a behind the scenes tour of the Mall.
