The Health Sciences Academy welcomes all students who are interested in a healthcare career. Opportunities will be provided for students interested in pursuing post-secondary education or vocational training. All students in the Health Sciences Academy will be able to explore their own interests and goals through industry tours, job shadowing, and by participating in JHS career days,  | | Blood Drive 2007 |
college tours, and career fairs.
Students will belong to mixed grade-level advisories, which focus on making personal connections with an academy advisor and preparing students for post-secondary options. The academy advisor will monitor student progress towards graduation and provide guidance as needed.
